Arrival and Dismissal Information
Breakfast (Door Opens at 7:30am)

Students are welcome to hot breakfast in our cafeterias between 7:30 -7:50AM.

Students will enter through the back cafeteria door on East 23rd street for breakfast

Doors will close at 7:50AM

Only students eating breakfast should arrive at this time
Arrival (Gates Open at 8:00am)

3K/PK will enter through the back cafeteria door on East 22nd Street
-
All students in K-5 will enter through the large schoolyard at 8:00 AM at designated gates. Gates will close promptly at 8:08AM

After 8:08AM students will need to enter through the Main Entrance. Any students who enter after 8:15AM will be marked late

Coming on time is very important. When students are late, they are unable to walk up to the classroom with their peers and will need to wait in the lobby until an adult can take them upstairs. Please ensure students are on time to school.
Dismissal (Gates Open at 2:15pm)

3K/PK will be dismissing from the side parking lot on East 22nd Street
-
All students in grades 1-5 will be dismissed in the large schoolyard

Kindergarten will be dismissed from U-Court on the East 23rd Street

Students & families should enter/exit the schoolyard via the gate that corresponds to their grade. This is to relieve congestion at arrivals and dismissal
Important Reminders:

No bikes or scooters are permitted in the schoolyard during dismissal for safety

No bike, scooters, carriages are allowed in the school building

Students will only be dismissed to individuals named on student emergency cards. If you would like someone to pick up your child who is not on the emergency card you must notify the teacher in writing.
